Cherkas Global University is a research organization established in 2014 as the International Network Center for Fundamental and Applied Research. Seven years later, the center was reorganized into Cherkas Global University on March 1,2021.
Our organization is international with a multicultural workforce from three continents (North America, Eurasia, and Africa). The geography of our employees covers countries such as the USA, Spain, Ghana, Russia, Ukraine, Serbia, and Israel.
Since 2014, our organization has been researching the fields of history of world civilizations (including the study of slavery), sociology, PR-technologies (including the history of military propaganda), as well as pedagogy and history of pedagogy.
Between 2016 and 2019, our employees took part in Arctic expeditions in Russia and Norway. Field expeditions were carried out in the mountainous regions of Georgia and Russia.
From 2019 to 2020, members of the organization led the “Cross-Cultural Project on Mathematics Anxiety”. They reported on the gender differences in mathematics anxiety among samples from twelve countries across four continents.
Since 2020, our organization has been funding in collaboration with other organizations the International Annual Competition of Scientific Works — “Slavery in the Past and Present”.
Our organization has over 250 publications in journals indexed in WoS and Scopus as of March 2021.
